  11.    Since  Internet is here a lot of people prefers to get files for Amiga
  12. directly  from  Aminet  sites  than from BBS: you connect there, you take
  13. files  and  at  the end of the session you find a directory full of files
  14. that  you  don't  remember  what  they  are for. Fortunately all files in
  15. Aminet  have  a descrition: infact every archive has his own .readme file
  16. in which there is a descrition and other important informations.

  18.    This  program  borned  to  semplify  life  to  a  lot  of persons that
  19. continuosly  control  in the readme or in the recent what a file, founded
  20. around  in the HD, is for; it's very useful also for the Sysop that every
  21. day  must put in the BBS a lot of files and he needs an help to make this
  22. operation quicker and automatic.

  24.    When  you  run it with the right parameters, the programs searches for
  25. every  archives  inside  a  specific  directory the correspondent .readme
  26. file,  it  obtains the description and it puts it as comment for the file
  27. (this can be useful both to see quickly what kind of file it is, both for
  28. the automatic upload in a lot of BBS programs), it inserts in the archive
  29. the  FILE_ID.DIZ containing an intestation file, the file descrition, the
  30. name of the author and the directory it was uploaded in.
